Your data as it is
I work with the data you already have. No events instrumented? Then we work from store and subscription data, and I'll tell you exactly what to add.
No growth promises
I report what the numbers say. I don't promise growth: that depends on what you do with the findings.
What I need from you
- Your app link (both stores if you're on both), and which decision you're stuck on right now.
- Read-only access: Google Play Console, App Store Connect, your subscription service (RevenueCat, Adapty or similar), and Firebase if you have it. I'll send the exact role to grant.
- What you already believe the problem is, so I can check that belief against the numbers rather than guess around it.
Questions
I don't have analytics set up at all. Can you still help?
That's the common case and Basic still works: your store consoles and subscription service already hold installs, conversion, churn, pricing and refunds. You get the report plus a short list of what's worth instrumenting next.
Why can't I just read the dashboards myself?
Dashboards answer the questions you already thought to ask, and they don't join: Play Console doesn't know what App Store Connect or your paywall knows. The work here is putting them in one place and reading them against each other.
Can you implement the fixes too?
Yes, as a custom offer once we both know what is worth doing. The report stands on its own either way, and I'll say plainly which items you can do yourself.
